CWS is proud to announce that the 5 year agreement for the period 2010 – 2015, between the Charity and the Government of Nepal, was jointly signed at the offices of the Social Welfare Council today (27th July 2010). The agreement was signed by Dr. Chhewang Lama Sherpa – Member Secretary of the Social Welfare Council and Douglas Maclagan’, Founder and Operations Director of CWS in Nepal. This agreement permits CWS to continue working in the country and reflects the high esteem in which the government holds CWS and the work and achievements that the charity has made to date, in the areas of Healthcare, Education and Child Protection.
